2011-12 Donor Benefit Change

In the past, WCEF has offered benefits for those donors who gave at designated levels starting at $600. At Las Lomas, a portion of each WCEF donation at the $600+ level was transferred to the Las Lomas partner groups (ASB, Boosters, Performing Arts, PTSA). In return, WCEF provided benefits (home sport event passes, student directory, PTSA membership, etc) to our donors.  The Las Lomas High School administration recently decided that in this uncertain economic time, it was best to have each partner group provide their own member benefits.  With this change, WCEF donations can be used in full to support the vital programs we fund.  The benefits previously received as a $600+ leveled donor can still be obtained directly from the partner groups at Las Lomas.

Therefore the benefits previously provided for leveled donors will be changing in the 2011-2012 school year:

Scholar Circle benefits include:

•  An invitation to the annual Major Donor Reception
•  Recognition in our Annual Report
•  An invitation to events that celebrate and support our outstanding school community (LLHS Homecoming Tailgate Party, Complimentary tickets to some featured events, etc.)
•  An invitation to small gatherings with other leaders in our schools and community
•  A Scholar Circle Car Decal
•  Retail coupon discounts at Fall Registration events and Fall/Spring Donation Days
• Contributing to the education of all Walnut Creek K-8 and Las Lomas public school students!

 Leveled donors $600 - $1199

• Fall Homecoming Tailgate Thank you at LLHS
• WCEF Car Decal
• Site Specific Donor Recognition Event
• Retail Coupon discounts at Fall Registration events and Fall/Spring Donation Days
• Contributing to the education of all Walnut Creek K-8 and Las Lomas public school students!
