WCEF Announces 2008-2009 Board and New Executive Director Middle schoolers ahead in the arts In this social studies class, painting is part of the lesson about the western expansion. Eighth-graders at Walnut Creek Intermediate School (WCI) recently spent three days learning the art of "en plein art" or landscape portraits and how they were used throughout history, including during the days of Lewis and Clark. WCEF K-12 and WCI PTA Broaden Their Partnership WCEF K-12 is very pleased to announce an enhanced partnership with WCI PTA. The most significant component of this change is the shift of fundraising responsibility from WCI PTA to WCEF K-12.
